Built on the cliff side, overlooking the village and the Lot Valley, in an exceptionally beautiful site, the Larroque-Toirac Castle, which was repeatedly invaded by the English, has maintained all its defensive system in its medieval parts.

The lord’s residence, with its original kitchen, has preserved its beautiful XVth century fireplaces  and XVIth century frescoes.

The Castle is located in the Lot Valley near the D662, 13.5 km from Cajarc and at 13.5 km from Figeac.

Open to visitors daily from early July to late September from 10:30am to noon and from 2pm to 6pm and for groups on request, from May to October.
